Do you tow a loaded semi?
Yes, but the dispatcher needs the honest gross weight: it decides which tractor and rigging respond. If the cargo has to be transloaded, we say so up front, before departure.
Is a van a car call or a truck call?
Vans and minibuses go on the heavy unit: a car platform has different weight and wheelbase limits. That is safer for both the vehicle and the equipment.
